The New Community Church of God in Christ, Young Women Christian Association (YWCC) is an organization of women ages 18-34 years of age. Women are taught in the way of holiness, how to live a victorious life in Christ according to the Word of God, and how to be active and support the local church as unto the Lord. The YWCC strives to serve the total woman (spiritually, physically, mentally, and emotionally) both married or single with or without children.
The YWCC is also serves as a preparation and training ground for ministry by providing opportunities that would stir up the gifts that God has placed in each of the young women. The meetings are designed to help women recognize their calling and to prepare them for leadership. Many ministries will be birthed through the YWCC.
The YWCC also promotes Christian fellowship. Some young women at this age experience depression, low self-esteem, need assistance with how to be a good wife or a good mother, while waiting to be married, guidance on how to balance work and life. No matter the issue or concern, The YWCC addresses each of those needs. The YWCC is the place where young women are taught how to be prayer warriors, how to be overcomers, grow in grace and develop spiritually
